Tips

Before your trip

Make sure your passport is valid for your travel dates.

Make sure you don't have any stamps from Israel on your passport.

If it's possible, take some days off for the week after the wedding so you can tour Lebanon.

Planning your trip

There's only one international airport in Lebanon, so you can't miss it.

When you know your date and time of arrival, let us know, and we'll help you arrange transport from the airport.

Don't rely on credit cards, because although it is accepted, you will for sure get a better rate if you pay with cash.

Holders of a passport of one of the EU member states who are coming for the purpose of tourism have the option to obtain a cost-free visa for one month upon arrival to the International Airport in Beirut.

In Lebanon

Most shops and services will have English-speaking employees, so don't worry about taking intense Arabic courses.

We don't recommend renting a car because driving in Lebanon can be stressful especially if you don't speak Arabic.

We recommend that you do not exchange money without the company of a Lebanese person you know to avoid any misunderstandings, because the online rate is different from the actual rate.

Wedding Day

The big day will involve moving from our homes, to the church, and then to the party venue.
We want you to experience the entire event and not miss a thing, so we will arrange all the transportation.
You just have to be ready for a long day starting around noon, and ending when you've drunk and danced enough to fall asleep standing up.

Attire: Formal

For the ladies, wear a floor-length gown or a knee-length cocktail dress, and a suit for the gentlemen.
